Yes. Your perpetual license includes every future PassMGT update, patch and upgrade, including new major versions, at no extra cost. Install them from Check for Updates in the app.

Yes. Businesses may purchase multiple individual PassMGT licenses. Each license is intended for one individual user with an independent PassMGT vault.

No. PassMGT is currently designed around individual credential ownership rather than shared team vaults.

PassMGT is designed as a local-first Windows desktop application. The PassMGT credential vault is not designed as a hosted cloud password repository.

PassMGT gives you more than one way back. Keep an encrypted backup or a portable copy on a USB drive, and print a password-protected Emergency Kit (PDF) of every account, or export a CSV you can open in Excel or import into another password manager. All of these are in Settings → Backup & Restore.
