The product
PassMGT is a credential-management desktop application for Windows, sold as an individual perpetual license. These Terms govern your purchase and use of PassMGT and this website.
License
Your purchase grants an individual perpetual license as described in the License Agreement. One license is intended for one individual user. Businesses may purchase multiple individual licenses; PassMGT does not provide shared team vaults.
Pricing and payment
Prices are shown on the website and calculated at checkout. Payment is processed by our PCI-compliant payment provider. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. We do not store your card details.
Activation
PassMGT requires activation with a valid license. Activation associates your license with your installation and device. You are responsible for keeping your license information secure.
Acceptable use
You agree not to resell, redistribute, or circumvent the licensing of PassMGT, and to use the software in compliance with applicable law.
Disclaimers
PassMGT is provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. No software is guaranteed to be free of vulnerabilities; we provide verified, modern security controls and you remain responsible for your master password and backups.
