Our commitment

We want you to be satisfied with PassMGT. If PassMGT does not work as described for you, contact us and we'll do our best to help.

Eligibility

You may request a refund of your PassMGT individual license purchase within the eligibility window stated at the time of purchase, provided the license has not been abused or resold. Because a perpetual license grants lasting access, refund eligibility may be limited once a license has been activated and used.

How to request a refund

Email support@thrivetechnologies.us with your order number and the email used for your purchase. We will review your request and respond with next steps.

Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through our payment provider. The corresponding license may be deactivated.

Chargebacks & abuse

Licenses obtained through fraud, chargebacks, or abuse may be revoked.
