License Agreement

Individual perpetual license

Your purchase grants you an individual, perpetual license to use PassMGT for Windows. One license represents one individual user and may be used for personal or professional/business purposes by that licensed individual.

What your license includes

• The licensed PassMGT desktop application for Windows.
• A perpetual right to use PassMGT.
• All future updates, patches and upgrades, including new major versions, at no additional charge.

Future versions

Your perpetual license includes all future versions of PassMGT, including new major versions (for example, PassMGT 2.0), at no additional charge. Updates, patches and upgrades are delivered through Check for Updates in the app. You are never required to upgrade: you may keep using the version you have installed.

Devices and activation

Each license: 1 user, up to 2 Windows devices. Data is stored locally on each device; move it between your devices with encrypted backup and restore.

Each installation is activated online with your license key, which associates the license with that device. The two devices must be used by the same licensed individual. PassMGT does not synchronize vaults between devices. If you replace a computer and reach the device limit, contact support to release the old activation.

Individual use; multiple licenses

Each license is for one individual user with an independent PassMGT vault. Businesses may purchase multiple individual licenses. PassMGT does not include shared team vaults or multi-user vault collaboration.

Restrictions

You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the software or your license key, or attempt to circumvent licensing or activation.

Ownership

PassMGT and its intellectual property remain owned by the publisher. This agreement grants a license to use the software, not ownership of the software itself.
